As President and Chief Executive Officer, Lucy directs the property operations, design, communication, marketing and leasing aspects of the business. Steve directs the planning, acquisition, finance and construction management aspects of the business. Since 2002, Steve has managed the development and construction of over 500 units of housing and over two million square feet of mixed use, commercial and industrial property. read more Brian is General Counsel and Project Principal Lupe Development Partners, LLC. He is an active partner in numerous residential development companies, in addition to his law practice in the City of Bloomington. As General Counsel, Brian directs contract, environmental review, financial underwriting, insurance, and professional and governmental compliance aspects of the business. Brian also represents the firm in matters of jurisprudence, and in various public hearings for permitting, site plan review and licensure. Laurie Noren is Vice President-Controller Lupe Development. Her varied background includes experience with office management, human resources, and financial planning. She has over twenty years of Twin Cities area office experience and brings a wide and varied number of skills to Lupe. She holds a BS in Business Administration, an MS in Accounting and Financial Management, and has recently achieved her CPA designation. read more Tina Kelly is a Development Assistant Lupe Development Partners. Tina has 10 years experience in the real estate title industry, with 7 years as a closer. Her background includes extensive experience in real estate office administration, and document preparation. She holds a BS in Biology from the U of MN, TC. At LDP, Tina is responsible for administrative, leasing, and property management support. She also fills the role of office manager. He joined Lupe in the spring of 2006 with two years of property management and customer service experience.
