We offer artists and body pierciers with years of experience thousands of designs to choose from, custom designs, hospital type sterilization, single use needles and a comfortable friendly environment. We are also licensed and inspected by the Northern Kentucky Health District. Our Goal: The staff at Lucky 13 Tattoo wants to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
