General Info:

Founded in 1986 by Beth Fritz-Logrea and Jean Logrea, the Logrea Dance Academy has been training ballet dancers for generations. LDA is the official School of Westchester Ballet Company. Mission: To provide the highest quality training for dancers in ballet, jazz, modern, tap and hip hop. The Academy's students enroll at various stages of their development as dancers. Many begin as young children with little or no experience. Other students join the Academy as their desire for an Intensive Ballet training program develops and their goals for their training become clear. Many students from Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties as well as Connecticut are introduced to LDA through our five week summer program. Ballet students over age 8 must be evaluated for placement. Classes offered include: Ballet Technique Pointe Partnering Workshop: Character, Variations Modern Jazz Tap Hip Hop Zumba
