Established in 1972, Loch Raven High School is a part of Baltimore County Public Schools. The school serves more than 1,200 students in grades 9 through 12. It conducts classes in English, math, science and social studies. It offers vocational courses in business education, family studies and information technology. Loch Raven High School supports a variety of sports activities, such as soccer, volleyball, golf, hockey, football and cross country.
