Light on Yoga Light on Yoga an Iyengar Yoga Center offers Iyengar Yoga often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). We are focused on the teachings of BKS Iyengar who has developed an innovative approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation, bringing the practitioner to physical health and vitality, mental clarity and wisdom and emotional poise. The Light On Yoga Studio is dedicated entirely to the yoga teachings of Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar. Our mission is to create a sense of connectedness - with one's self and to others - through small class sizes where you'll feel respected and cared for. The Center is open year round. You are welcome to join classes anytime. Limited Class size: Pre-registration is required for all classes.
