Our popular after school program for Grades pre K-6 is the centerpiece of our offering to surrounding communities. This high quality program is structured like a learning center yet provides all of the benefits of classic after school care. We are on the Saco bus route for Saco schools and offer free transportation to and from OOB and Biddeford schools. We feature homework assistance, a unique bullying and character development program, child safe martial arts with an emphasis on building respect and confidence, and a multitude of activities that include sports, dance, games, and art. Our staff includes professional educators, facilitators, and trained tutors. Parents enjoy and appreciate being able to spend more quality time with their children and less time helping with homework at night. Perhaps best of all is the fact that our prices are highly competitive with traditional before and after school care while offering so much more. Our PRE-K program features curricula proven to ready children for kindergarten and our PART TIME K curricula enhances the skills that children are learning in school EVENING MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM Our children?s evening and Saturday martial arts classes are small (no more than 25 per class), age specific, and focus on enhancing respect, self-esteem, building confidence and character, while demonstrating how the martial arts can be a wonderful means of peaceful and confident living. Our focus on mental martial arts, bullying solutions, and conflict resolution techniques balances the physical techniques practiced and insures that the martial arts are not misused. Our curricula were developed by Dr. Terrence Webster-Doyle, a renowned expert in the field of bullying. We have been trained to teach his material.
