Leigh Fibers is one of the world s leading processors of textile waste and fiber by-products. Leigh is always an active buyer and seller, and its processing capacity is adequate for all needs. Much of its activity is exporting and importing. Leigh was founded in Boston in 1922, as an affiliate of a well-known British cotton waste company, John Leigh, Ltd. In the 1920s and 1930s, Leigh grew to be an important merchant and processor of cotton waste with extensive importing and exporting activities, with several offices overseas. It is the largest textile waste and by-product reprocessing company in North America. Leigh s quality and consistency has earned it the reputation of being the best supplier in the eyes of its customers. To continue to enhance this position, Leigh is in the process of being certified to ISO 9002.
