Thank you for attending the Learning Disabilities Association of New York State's Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Professional Development training. We are conducting an evaluation survey to assist our efforts to quantify how participants who attended our training changed or created practices, teaching methods, screening policies, etc. that will serve as indicators that the following long term goals will occur as a result of attending our training session on FASD: An increase in the number of referrals to service providers who can provide support to families and individuals ( i.e.: substance abuse, disability services, special education, etc. ).
