Lawyers Civil Process carries extensive professional liability, errors and omissions insurance to cover all services provided by us and our affiliates.The corporation was founded in 1979 as the first private process company in Dallas County, the second in the state of Texas, by Kirk and Jackie French. Kirk is a founding member of the National Association of Private Process Servers and the Texas Process Servers Association. Kirk's experience as a Dallas County Deputy Constable, training schools and seminars over the past 20 years has enabled him the knowledge to participate in forming the only training seminar in Texas for private process service. This ensures that our knowledge on new policies and methods of obtaining service is up to date. We have process servers covering all of Dallas, Denton, Collin, Travis, Tarrant, Harris, Williamson, Rockwall, Jefferson, Kaufman, Blanco, Burnett, Llano, Mason, San Saba, Hunt, Bastrop, Lee, Washington, and Burleson Counties, just to name a few.
