Our practice includes Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester Counties, as well as other counties in Pennsylvania. The Firm has represented individuals and companies in labor, civil rights, employment and contract issues. Our clients include local, state, and federal government employees, employees of school districts, members of police forces, and union members. The Firm also represents Federal, State, County and City employees before administrative agencies including, but not limited to, the Merit System Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Office of Civil Rights, the Department of Labor, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Philadelphia Human Relations Commission, the Unemployment Compensation Board, the Zoning Board, and the Fair Housing Commission.
