She completed her dietetic internship at the St. Loius VA Hospital. Laura became a dietitian because she wanted to help people live healthier lives through nutrition. She has a background in pediatric, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition, but has worked in many other areas of the field as well. She believes that there is no perfect food; everything in moderation is the goal. Everyone has a different lifestyle; Laura will help you develop a plan that works for you. Laura has many interests other than nutrition. She enjoys traveling and trying the cuisine of different cultures. She also has a love of animals and fosters pit bulls for a chicago-based rescue. Laura has lived in Chicago for 6 years now and never wants to leave! I don't know what I would do without deep dish pizza, the Blackhawks, or Lake Michigan!
