LaRosa Landscaping and LaRosa Development is owned and operated by Joseph LaRosa. Joe started landscaping back in 1981, pushing a lawn mower around the neighborhood while in junior high school. Joe continued landscaping through high school and college. After graduating college, Mr. LaRosa founded LaRosa Landscaping; a full service commercial landscaper and snowplowing company. We currently have 45 employees and a very strong customer base. In 1988, LaRosa rehabbed their first house and LaRosa Development came into being. LaRosa Development Corporation is a full service contractor that works on new construction, renovations, foundations, water and sewer work and much more. We take pride in all of the work that we do and no job is too big or too small. Since 1988, LaRosa Development has built and rehabbed over 200 houses in the Boston, Dedham, Norwood, and Walpole area, with approximately 425 units. These houses consist of single family dwellings, 2 family dwellings and multifamily dwellings. We have also been involved in the construction of commercial buildings. In the last 5 years, we have done approximately 20 houses each year. Our services include landscaping, stone masonry, asphalt paving, complete tree and shrub care with certified arborists, and commercial snow removal. Our professionally trained landscape employees, combined with our large collection of modern equipment, allow us to complete even the most difficult jobs to the highest standards.
