The goal for my counseling is to allow clients to feel "at home!" I have designed a setting that is cozy, comfortable, warm, and professional. This "down to earth approach" is a place to heal, mentally grow, and hang your hat! Growth and change are the focus in an individual or couples counseling. I call myself a General Therapist that has worked with an array of specialties that include: grief, loss, anger, communication issues, gender/identity issues, depression, anxiety, parenting, and family stressors. By using a creative design for each client, therapy is tailored for individual needs. Clients see immediate change and improvement in their lives without long term and expensive treatment. Quality care, current research, professional feedback, tools, assessments, and exercises are all incorporated and have shown high success rates.
