Kennedy Construction was founded in 1987, primarily as a remodeling company. Through the last 17 years we have completed just about every kind of remodeling project you can imagine, from simple repairs to the total gut and renovation of single and multi-unit buildings, both commercial and residential. One of our outstanding projects was the major exterior and related interior renovation of the residence at 816 Grandview Avenue in Mt. Washington. We also completed an exciting total interior renovation of a residence which is on Shady Avenue with is a both a Historic Landmark and is featured on the Shadyside House Tour. In 1995, we branched out into the new home building market and have produced both "spec" and custom homes in the North Fayette and Findlay township areas. We currently build only custom homes on owner's lots. Please take a tour of our website to see what we've done and to get ideas for your next project. Most of our work comes from referrals, and we have provided a recommendations page on this site so you can check with prior customers before you contract with Kennedy. We also have many repeat customers, and lately we've been completing projects for our former clients' children!
