My philosophy on Nutrition is to treat you as a Whole person, together we will discover ways to improve your diet and lifestyle after studying about your family life, career, spirituality, and your exercise, then lastly your eating habits. Sometimes this takes multiple visits so be prepared to make a follow up appointment with me after our initial visit. Together we will create a personal nutrition strategy based on your individual needs and we will create a balanced plan that can easily be incorporated into your daily life. I have a lifelong passion for health, the science of nutrition, and overall wellness. I am always so excited to discover new topics on nutrition and am constantly “downloading” new nutrition information and incorporating this into my practice. My approach to wellness and nutrition is practical, optimistic, and personally tailored to the individual. My goal in wellness counseling/consulting is to help clients improve their health, achieve their goals and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.
