General Info:

I am a licensed clinical social worker (“LCSW”), and I have had the opportunity to provide families therapeutic support for the last six years. My primary specialty is supporting children, adolescents and families who are experiencing trauma and loss. I have had the privilege to support families through a variety of diverse barriers that have impacted their quality of life. I currently divide my time between The Child and Family Therapy Center of Denver and The Butterfly Program. The Butterfly Program is a palliative care program that supports terminally ill children and their families. I have had the privilege of supporting these families, and providing counseling from the time of diagnosis until the time of death. Each family that I have worked with has taught me life lessons, which I will continue to use clinically and personally. My therapeutic approach is to provide a safe, non-judgment environment to help my patients feel comfortable in starting their journey to a better quality of life. My goal is to empower my patients by providing them with the tools and resources, to have sustainable change, so they will not be reliant on therapeutic intervention long term.
