Welcome to Keene Fusion Studios Richard and Pamela Clough, husband and wife, are the founders and owners of Keene Fusion Studios. Richard has been involved with ballroom dancing since 1983, and the fitness industry since 2000, focusing on Personal Training, Senior Wellness, Zumba and TRX. He has lived in the Keene area since 1986, and was employed from 1993 to 2011 by MoCo Arts. Pamela has been in the fitness industry since the 1980's, first as an aerobics instructor, and then moving into the modalities of Personal Training (in the 1990's) and Senior Wellness, Pilates, Zumba, and TRX during the 2000's. Pam also was employed by MoCo Arts from 1994 until 2011. Together they bring a wealth of information about their subject matter, but more importantly, the skills needed to teach and lead classes of any size, be it a single Pilate's client or 50 eager swing dancers. Richard and Pamela have been able to see the trends in fitness and dance for more than twenty years and have spent more than fifteen years growing strong social and professional connections in the Keene area. Swing: * Mondays, 6:30-7:30 Latin: * Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 Ballroom C: * Thursdays 6:30-7:30 Ballroom A: * Fridays, 6:30-7:30 We also do Guitar Instruction and Personal Training
