General Info:

Katmai National Park is located within a remote area of Alaska, so all guests visiting Katmai need to access these areas aboard a seaplane. Katmai Air Services provides all air transportation to each of the park s lodges. The company offers air transportation to Brooks from Anchorage or King Salmon on a daily basis throughout the summer season. Flight seeing trips, aircraft charters and fly outs to remote fishing locations can also be arranged. Seaplane charters are available from the offices in King Salmon or from any of the lodges. Katmai Air offers charters to McNeil River, the Katmai Coast or most anywhere within Katmai National Park and the Bristol Bay Watershed. The company also offers flight-seeing tours within the park and the surrounding areas to catch a glimpse of the Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes, active volcanoes, Katmai Crater Lake and a variety of wildlife.
