Kaia Lafayette is an all women's fitness program. We are not just a six week boot camp.  We are not a program that ends.  We are an all year round program designed for a woman’s lifestyle.  We create a tribe that is going to support you through it!  Our coaches care and follow up with you.  We show progression over time, you will get stronger.  Our classes are personal training in a group setting.  All ages and all fitness levels are welcome.  Yes everyone!  Our coaches have the knowledge to give modifications where necessary to make exercises match your level of fitness and to work with any injuries. Here are the classes we offer each week: TRX - A total body conditioning class using your body weight to create the challenge on suspension bands.  You will get a killer core workout, build strength, balance, and flexibility. Kross Training - You will practice cardio movements including bodyweight exercises, HIIT workouts, strength training and more.   Flow - This combines mind and body with a power yoga and core strengthening workout with pilates style techniques.  By creating long, lean muscles, flow promotes improved coordination, greater flexibility and a fuller range of motion.  We use this class as an active recovery. Power Hour or Run - A fun sweat fest to start our weekend. Our workouts are always different which follows the principle of body confusion.  This eliminates the ability for your body to plateau and keeps things interesting!
