I moved to the Houston/Katy area in 1994 from the sunny state of California and spent most of years here in the real estate business. I have assisted buyers and sellers from Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land and the Pearland areas and everywhere in between. One of the things I love best about my job is that I get to work with all types of buyers ans sellers, whether it is first timers, or investors, or seasoned clients. It has been a privilege to live in the Katy Area all of these years and to have witnessed much growth. I have multiple investors that I have assisted in purchasing their rental properties.
