The Citrus County Court in Inverness, Fla., includes a number of departments, including circuit civil, county civil, small claims, circuit criminal, domestic relations, juvenile, misdemeanor, probate and traffic. The Clerk of the Citrus County Court is an elected official who provides information management, record keeping and financial management services. The administrative services division includes human resources, information systems, support services and internal audit services. The human resources division maintains and reviews personnel records, oversees employee recruitment and selection, and coordinates training programs. The internal audit division performs internal control financial audits of all county functions. The information services division provides information technology support to all Clerk of Court locations and various county departments. The support services division includes the Clerk's bookkeeping division, the mailroom, switchboard and various ancillary services.
