I am Anthony M. Grimaldi of JourneyManDesigns. As an accomplished artist and published illustrator, the primary mediums I create with are pencil, colored pencil, colored marker, charcoal, pastel, and pen & ink. Each medium is unique because they demand a separate approach and application of my artistic talent, making versatility my primary asset. My talent is flexible and adaptable, allowing me to illustrate in different styles as well, including realism, fantasy, expressive, abstract, cartooning, comic book, children's books, and I am exceptionally adept with color and black and white. I also possess 12 years freelance experience designing with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to produce graphic design, vector and digital artwork for logos, icons, posters, flyers, and advertisements according to client's exact preferences and specifications. My technique of combining and blending illustration and digital art allow virtually no limits for interpreting whatever my imagination is inspired to create, enabling me to design with unlimited creativity and visual imagination. With this technique, I offer greater flexibility, variability, and choices that assure maximum artistic achievement in every design for every client. Though each medium has its own tools and character, the true artist not only masters each one individually, but combines and blends each together to achieve the ultimate artistic vision. As an illustrator & graphic designer, this artistic vision is my constant thought and primary goal.
