Idaho Certificate of Assumed Business Name “ Joseph Zahnle Photography “ D185891. I started to be a photographer when I a young man , when Santa gave me my first camera, a Kodak 110. Everything I saw had to be photographed. I didn’t miss a thing. I went through many cameras at a young age. It wasn’t until I was in my twenties that I bought my first 35mm camera. I started taking things more seriously. I started to look for things not seen too often. Well needless to say that didn’t happen. My peers have photographed everything the sun. I photographed for years and everyone was happy with my pictures, or at least they said they were. It wasn’t until I had my peers go through my pictures that I learned a hard lesson. I wasn’t as good as I thought. Out of a hundred pictures my peers only found twenty pictures they said were worth keeping. I learned quickly not to take a rejection too seriously. Every rejection came with a reason which forced me to improve myself and learn everything I could. One can learn many things from our peers on places like youtube. Every subject is covered, ebooks are great resources also, they cover subjects you can read over and over until you understand what you want to know. Submitting pictures to stock sites are a great way to start to sell pictures. You can’t be afraid of rejection because this is where you will learn what sells and what doesn't. One guarantee is, if the picture isn’t clear it will be rejected. Poor composition is another reason for a rejection. These companies will tell you why the picture was rejected. Don’t give up it does take some time. After all these years I can now say my pictures are very acceptable. People do enjoy my style and attitude. There is nothing more important than a happy customer and it is my job to make sure you are very satisfied . My promise to you is, you will see a sparkle in your eyes that you didn’t know was there. It is call a catchlight and it is there.
