General Info:

While the Martial Arts & Wellness Center has only been open since 2004, Master Jose Johnson has been Central Pennsylvania's premier Chinese Martial Arts instructor since 1995. Master Johnson is an award winning athlete and coach. Since 1995 he has taught martial arts at various locations in Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, Hershey, Lemoyne, Dauphin and Millersburg. Master Johnson designed the Tai Chi program used by the Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging in its Senior Centers.With the opening of the Martial Arts & Wellness Center, Master Johnson and his staff have been able to offer a variety of martial arts and wellness related classes in a family oriented facility. The staff of the Martial Arts & Wellness Center is in demand throughout Central Pennsylvania for presentations on the health and wellness benefits of Chinese martial arts training, bully prevention, self-defense and personal development.
