We are centrally located in Charleston, SC, which easily allows us to work in Mt. Pleasant, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, Summerville, Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Hilton Head, Beaufort, Walterboro, Edisto, and, of course, Charleston, SC.We elevate/raise buildings to help meet FEMA/flood regulations and for new foundations. We can raise your roof, elevate your building for extra space at a fraction of the cost of new construction. We have moved a charter fishing boat from its its construction site to its launch site. We use a Modern Hydraulics unified jacking machine and cradle the bottom of your building with large steel I beams when raising or moving to eliminate as much stress as possible. We have $2,000,000.00 General Liability Insurance, Workmen's Comp, Cargo and Commercial Auto Liability Insurance. We are licensed as a housemover by the State of South Carolina.
