General Info:

John F. Wood & Company, Inc was founded in 1990 by Anne and Joe Sukits. Joe has worked in the building business since the early 1970's. He was a District Sales Manager for National Homes Corporation which at the time was the largest manufacturer of panelized homes in the country. In 1977, he and a partner began a construction business of their own. During that period, they built over 150 single family homes in addition to 125 student apartments and several commercial buildings and remodeling projects. Since the onset of John F Wood & Company, Joe has concentrated on building custom homes and renovations for his clients. His years of experience have also given him the opportunity to do some light commercial work, including both new construction and tenant build outs.
