The long term mission is to help make it so that you, I and every one of our friends and neighbors in the Winona area never hates going to work. I was unhappy at work at different points in my life and it flat out sucks. Life’s to short to hate what you are doing day in and day out. And I am not talking about just employees but also employers. Just as employees do not want to go to a job that stinks, I believe that a large percentage of employers want to have a happy and motivated crew. First, it is just smart business. Second, an unhappy crew is inefficient and can be one big headache. A happy, productive crew reduces your stress level and allows you to focus more on your customer and growing your business.
