About Dave Jividen: Dave Jividen has dedicated his personal and professional life to helping others. The founding member of Jividen Law Offices, he has been successfully representing injured people and their families in state and federal courts throughout the United States for more than twenty-five years. His reputation for excellence in all aspects of personal injury and wrongful death litigation is widely known, and his accomplishments have earned him both state-wide and national recognition. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, in a variety of significant cases, and he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of select trial lawyers who have obtained Verdicts or settlements of One Million Dollars or more on behalf of their clients. He holds the further distinction of being the only West Virginia lawyer to be named to the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, an exclusive organization which selects its members based upon their litigation skills and their high ethical standards. A native of the Ohio Valley, Dave Jividen was born and raised in Newell, West Virginia. He graduated with honors from Oak Glen High School, Bethany College, and from the West Virginia University College of Law. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, and he also served as the Coordinator of the President's Narcotics and Organized Crimes Task Force. He has served as a special federal prosecutor in both the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of Ohio, and has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, lllinois, Indiana, Texas, New Mexico, California, Florida and Michigan.
