Life is too busy for boring workouts. Our goal is to give members of all ages a fun alternative to a typical workout through our high-energy fitness class. The Jazzercize 60-minute total body workout combines moves from a variety of fitness classes including pilates, yoga, kickboxing, jazz dancing and more. The upbeat, effective routines allow members to burn up to 600 calories in one session! Our instructors provide easy-to-follow instructions and safety reminders and all take pride in knowing the latest trends in the fitness industry. By taking a group fitness class, members are able to gain motivation and inspiration from other members.
