We are a locally owned franchise of J. Gumbo's. We combine great Cajun cuisine with a sense of community and opportunity for others. We have combined our entrepreneurial spirit and desire to provide employment opportunities for people with Developmental Disabilities into our Cajun/Creole restaurant. Our goal is to serve awesome food, in a warm and friendly environment and be a good Corporate Citizen to our community. We regularly partner with local non-profits in donating a portion of our proceeds to help others who help our community. We think it is a win-win combination. We offer free samples and will help guide you through the menu to ensure you select an appetizer or entree that suits your taste. We look forward to bringing the Bayou to you!
