Island Station Media Lab is an ever-expanding creative workshop and soundstage, geared towards Digital Media Producers, Commercial Photographers, and all manner of independent creative with on-going projects that could use a bump in production quality. Located in Milwaukie, OR, 5 minutes south of downtown Portland, The Lab features over 1,000 sq ft of floor space, a 24ft by 14ft pre-lit cyclorama, lighting for simple video and film projects, lighting and staging for photographers, a digital audio work station with control room & separate vocal isolation booth, and on-site hair and makeup salon station. For the comfort of guests and staff alike, our green room (The LP Lounge) is a comfortable, isolated area with racks and racks of vintage vinyl records. Throw one on and set the mood! Memberships are exclusive to a limited number of on-going projects to assure availability in scheduling. Membership terms are three (3) months in length, and are billed monthly. Pre-paying a full membership term grants a 10% discount. Island Station Media Lab is a recognized and promoted Production Asset for the metro area, and is listed in industry scouting guides as part of an award-winning outreach that has landed both Leverage (TNT) and Grimm (NBC). And now that space is available to everyone, from the largest entertainment company to the smallest podcaster or freelance creative. Our indie creator rates are ridiculously low, and even our highest commercial rate can't be beat! Learn more about our facility!
