Integrys Energy Group is a holding company based in Green Bay, Wis. It provides electric and natural gas products and services to residential, farm, commercial, wholesale and industrial customers. The company s principal subsidiary is Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, a regulated electric and natural gas utility that generates and distributes energy in northeastern Wisconsin and an adjacent portion of Michigan. Other major subsidiaries include Upper Peninsula Power Company, a regulated electric utility operating in northern Michigan; and two nonregulated subsidiaries, WPS Energy Services and WPS Power Development. WPS Energy Services provides energy and related products and services to the nonregulated energy market in the Northeast United States and adjacent portions of Canada. WPS Power Development owns and operates nonregulated electric generation facilities and synthetic fuel processing and steam production facilities in various locations throughout the United States. Integrys Energy Group was founded in 1883.
