We are certified specialists in the application of Termidor (Termite Control ) and TopChoice (fire ants ). Kevin Spillman is the founder of Innovative Pest Solutions, Inc He is a third generation pest control operator with experience in both the pest control field and in regulating pest control companies during his stint with the Department of Agriculture - Structural Pest Control Division. He is the former President (2007-2008 ) of the North Carolina Pest Control Association and chair of the Wood Destroying Insect Accreditation Program. Scott Spillman is also a third generation pest control operator. He is licensed by the Department of Agriculture and is an Accredited Wood Destroying Insect Inspector. After managing the termite division of a large pest control company in High Point, NC he decided to join his brother at Innovative Pest Solutions, Inc Innovative Pest Solutions, Inc would like to introduce our newest employee, Brenda Black. Ms. Black is a 6 1/2 year veteran of the pest control industry. Ms. Black enjoys meeting new people, being outdoors, and the challages she faces doing pest control. With her great communication skills and her desire to help people with their problems she is a very popular technician with our compnay.
