Inlet Fish Producers is a processor of premium wild Alaskan seafood products including salmon with headquarters in the Kenai Peninsula of Alaska. The company operates in two processing facilities from early June to late August. One facility is near the mouth of the Kenai River and the other near the mouth of the Kasilof River. The company employs about 250 people each summer to butcher, freeze, box and ship salmon caught in Cook Inlet, Prince William Sound and the Yukon-Kuskokwim River deltas.
