Having a team with several full-time Microsoft Certified Developers is not the only requirement of Custom Development Solutions Competency and Web Development Specialization. To be recognized for this core competency, Microsoft requires multiple senior level developers at a company to attain more advanced and specialized web developer based certifications ( MCPD, MCSD or MCAD ). In addition, Microsoft requires each development company to maintain this core competency by having a number of approved customer references in the Web Development Specialization on file with Microsoft for recent projects that have been completed. InfiniEdge Software meets and exceeds the requirements for this core competency with a strong commitment to having certified professional developers as a part of our full-time workforce. The average developer in our industry seeks to attain the advanced certification necessary for this core competency after four or five years of high level experience with web development projects. Each of our senior level developers has certifications at this level and many have attained more than one certification.
