I.M.P.A.C.T. is a unique combination of proven training elements designed to push you to both your physical and mental limits. This program contains movements used in the conditioning of our most elite military units and teams. It is not for the weak of heart or mind. Instead it is a forum where goals are achieved and surpassed which makes it the perfect supplement to the well-conditioned individual's regime. You will be highly motivated by the instructor, the other teammates in your class and your own determination. Don't be afraid; the instructor has more faith in your metal than you. (He's been there). This course is a real hard-nosed approach to conditioning. It will provide you with a place to elevate your fitness level from "BUFF" to "TOUGH." Looking good is fine but being able to use those muscles under extreme and sustained stress is better.
