Hi. I'm a personal trainer.  I'll skip the part about professional credentials and get right to the good stuff... *Your problem isn't willpower* Sure it gets you started. We all know how that goes. You work your bottom off for a month, maybe six weeks, then you quit. Why? Because willpower isn't enough. So what is the solution? The right environment. Just like a plant needs water, sunlight, and fresh air to grow, you need the right environment to thrive. You need knowledge. You need space. And you need a companion. This is where I fit in.  By the way, I am fully certified, insured and I have 15 years of personal training experience.
