Hudson High School is a four-year comprehensive high school that offers a college preparatory program to students in grades nine through 12. Located in Hudson, Ohio, it is approved by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Ohio Department of Education. Its new dimensions interdisciplinary humanities course consists of psychology, philosophy, anthropology and sociology. Its service learning program combines the learning through service of subjects, such as the American government, contemporary issues and British literature. Its learning disabilities resource center offers special classes, such as study strategies and tutorial assistance. It offers a wide variety of athletic activities, including volleyball, soccer, field hockey, golf, tennis, baseball, softball, track, lacrosse, swimming, gymnastics, wrestling and hockey. Its extracurricular activities include band, debate, drama, jazz, orchestra and the National Honor Society. It has various clubs, such as Spanish, French, Latin, writer s, chess and Asian awareness.
