Hudapack Metal Treating is an ISO: 9001-certified facility that offers a range of commercial heat treating services and is based in Elkhorn, Wis. Established in 1985, its processing capabilities include atmosphere hardening, induction heat treating, aluminum processing, vacuum annealing and hardening, continuous belt-stress relieving and austempering. It specializes in atmospheric heat-treating processes that include carburizing, carbonitriding, neutral hardening, carbon restoration, normalizing and cryogenic treatment. Hudapack Metal Treating provides induction hardening of fasteners, shafts, gears and other parts that require selective hardening. In addition, it offers atmosphere-controlled, low-temperature annealing, bright tempering and stress relieving of low-, medium- and high-carbon alloy steel.
