General Info:
Attorney Philip Hornik offers legal services to assist you with your immigration issues. Immigration law has been described as a labyrinth, written with a complexity that challenges even experienced attorneys. Without effective legal advice on Immigration law:

Businesses face loss of essential employees;
Refugees face return to countries where their lives are at risk.

My work covers all aspects of U.S. immigration law including:
Family-based Immigrant visa ("green card") petitions for people who have ties based on blood relationship or marriage to U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents;
Applications filed in the United States for Adjustment of Status to legal resident as well as applications filed at U.S. Consulates and Embassies outside the United States for Immigrant Visas
Employment-based immigrant and non immigrant applications in visa categories such as:
H-1B specialty occupations,
L-1 intra company transfers for employees of multi-national corporations,
E-1/E-2 treaty traders and investors,
Alien Labor Certification applications and
National Interest Waivers for employees with exceptional ability;
Assisting people in obtaining U.S. citizenship, either by applying for naturalization or by proving that they have inherited "derivative" citizenship;
Defending people facing removal (deportation) hearings in Immigration Court, before the Board of Immigration Appea
