The trainer provides all of the equipment, you do not need to provide anything other than an area to train. Home Fit Birmingham strives to make fitness convenient. Unlike training at conventional gyms where you are more often than not paying for a “cookie cutter” routine using the same boring machines week in and week out Home Fit Birmingham meets with you for an initial consultation where goals, fitness history, and medical history are discussed. With that information an individualized workout routine is created for you. Home Fit Birmingham’s routines are innovative, creative, and challenging. Unlike using the standard machines we focus on equipment and movements which strengthen, tone, and burn calories. These are not your typical gym routines with the typical gym machines.
