It also owns two intermediate product pipelines approximately 65 miles long that transport crude oil, partially refined products and blendstocks from Lovington, N.M., to a refining facility in Artesia, N.M. It has a 70 percent interest in a 249-mile refined product pipeline that transports liquid petroleum gases from west Texas to the Texas/Mexico border. Holly Energy Partners also owns or partially owns 11 refined product terminals and two refined product truck loading racks. The company s headquarters is in Dallas.
