Let food be your medicine! olly's clients often suffer from chronic conditions, food allergies or sensitivities, obesity and inflammatory conditions. She uses a scientific and holistic approach towards balancing the needs of the human body through the use of real, whole-foods and dietary supplements. Holly's services also include: public and private presentations, family nutritional counseling, and consulting to farmers, restaurants, or companies interested in learning more about the whole-foods concept. She is located in the Southern Tier of New York. Holly received her Bachelors in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition from the State University of New York at Oneonta. She completed her dietetic internship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, just outside of New York City. She has been an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer since 2003 which requires current professional level CPR/AED certification. Holly was born and raised in the Southern Tier and she is an avid cook for her husband and two daughters. She makes the most of her kitchen, bringing wholesome, balance and exciting flavor to the table!
