He believes that if you offer good food in generous portions, at a fair price, your restaurant will be successful. Fine dining. Excellent service. Everyone dreams of dining at the finest restaurants, but not everyone can afford such luxury. The Hillsborough Star Diner offers the elegance and atmosphere of the finest restaurants at a cost that is well within today's family budget. This, along with the quality and freshness of our food, our excellent service, and the wide selection of our menus. Service Service has been our main concern since we first opened our doors in 2000. We realize that families do not have the opportunity to dine out everyday, so we strive to make the occasion memorable for everyone. We pay attention to every detail, even down to service with a smile. The Hillsborough Star Diner is open 7 days a week, Sunday thru Thursday 6am to midnight. 24 hours on weekend and we accept major credit cards.
