General Info:

Martial arts training and personal growth for kids and adults. We are a family friendly school and offer smaller classes with individualized attention for adults and kids ages 5 and up. Private lessons are available as a membership add on or as stand-alone training. Our art is Moh Pai and our style is a composite of different styles based in the shaolin five animals: Tiger, Leopard/Panther, Snake, Crane, and Dragon. We are primarily a striking art focusing on mid to close range. Although we have some basic ground and self defense techniques in out style. At Hidden Lake Kung Fu we want you to understand, succeed and grow from training.
