Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse began in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1988. Within ten years, we became a restaurant hot spot for friends and families alike. After our success in Erie, we expanded to the northeastern Ohio region, starting in Fairview Park. Currently, we have a total of five local restaurants, with our most recent opened in Independence, Ohio.
