HEV Asphalt Paving Co. is a family owned year-round paving contractor that has been serving commercial clients & residential customers throughout the entire state of Texas and specifically their home-based location, Greater Houston, TX, for all asphalt paving needs for over 3-Generations long. Owner, Vallie Harrison, is committed to continuing the family business tradition and principles which is to guarantee that customers will receive quality, paving craftsmanship at our best, local price. Vallie's father, Mr. Harrison, often took him along paving projects throughout all of Texas which laid the foundation for him in becoming a respectable and trustworthy Asphalt Paving Contractor within the local community. Vallie was taught that the customer comes first and is always right! He now passes that belief onto his crewmen to treat everybody fairly and with respect. Since 1980, the Harrison's have been putting their reputation on every paving project job and take great pride in all their work.
