Hendrix College, founded in 1876 and located in Conway, Ark., is a residential, undergraduate liberal arts college focusing on experiential learning. The college is a member of Project Pericles, an organization that promotes civic engagement among college students. It has also been affiliated with the United Methodist Church since 1884.
