General Info:

"Hellbender's Amphibious Bootcamp" is based on the physical endurance and strength regimens used by US Navy Special Operations and Warfare for training and combat, now offered to the general public. The course consists of equal parts land and water exercises, hence the name "Amphibious".  At Hellbender's, participants are given a small taste of what actual Navy Divers, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians, and SEALs are put through day in and day out to achieve the supreme fitness levels that are mandatory to do their jobs.  All fitness levels are welcome, as we believe everyone has the right to attain quick results through the exertion of pain!    Sessions are 3 times a week for 4 weeks, with each class lasting 1 hour.  You can learn much more about Hellbender's and see videos and photos at www.hellbend.com, and contact me anytime at info@hellbend.com or (972) 922-9974.
