I have been helping men and women deal with food, weight and body image problems for more than 20 years. I am a licensed Psychologist, and since 2009 I have combined my expertise in treating eating problems with the principles of Intuitive Eating. Using this combined approach, I coach how to become free of food and body preoccupation. My coaching teaches how to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings and triggers so that the outcome is the ability to quit the cycle of chronic dieting, overeating and emotional eating and finally make peace with food, mind and body.
